Gorgeous hotel, perfect for what we needed, don't know any better place. The units are budget, non-smoking with shared bathroom.

Charming location, fine facilities, very honest staff. Bed was best, I enjoyed it.

A luxurious property, fairly clean, fantastic location for Toronto as it's close to a street car stop. I appreciated polite personnel that ensures guests have a really great stay.

Continental breakfast was fine, staff was courteous. The breakfast was included.

The venue is great budget, with fab food and unbeatable location right next to tram that goes directly to downtown. Non-smoking room with good services and a clean bathroom.

The hotel was affordable and neat everywhere. Great English breakfast with a delicious food variety. Well-equipped room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible location, walking distance to Frou Frou Vintage Dress Store. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was absolutely fabulous.

Everything was brand-new and we had superb time. Our queen room was fabulous, with a quiet bed. Enjoyed the fast food restaurant and its warm cuisine. Nice garden and well-maintained pool...

The breakfast was sumptuous, everything was first-class. Approaching and apologetic staff who were always there to help. The hospitable service was provided in this grand old hotel;))

Ideal location, fabulous personnel and good hot breakfast. Stunningly beautiful view of ocean. Loved that it included temperature control, balcony and 2 televisions. Hotel terrific customer service.

I was happy to have a comfortable and the staff were responsive. Variety of supplies in the room: complimentary WiFi, temperature control and balcony. Glorious view, excellent choice of vegetable, toast and milk at the English breakfast. Late check-out too. I had best days staying at this wonderful boutique hotel.

It had SATISFACTORY breakfast and loyal staff. Bed was extra comfortable.

Room was okay and nice. As picky eaters we loved to be close to a huge variety of restaurants, went to Food & Liquor couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. Moreover, bonus was free WiFi.

It took 15 minutes to reach Sunnyside Beach on foot. We were happy to find Shangrila 400 m away, where we could eat. Incredible base for a city break in Toronto! Located within a walk to Lake Ontario, which is about 800 metres away.
